SystemCare Cleaning and Restoration Limited is owned and operated by Bernie Dunlap the franchisor for the SystemCare Group of Companies.

SystemCare was founded in 1991 by Bernie Dunlap. Prior to 1991 Bernie Dunlap had 18 years of experience in the business as Windsor Cleaning Services Ltd. and the name change only came about to facilitate the franchise arrangement. Since 1991 the SystemCare franchise has grown to twelve locations throughout Nova Scotia and continues to expand.
