Wayne Niles maintains a 5,000 sq.ft. shop that is fully set up for restoration with heated storage, drying chamber, and ample room to process contents.

With an extensive stock of air movers, industrial dehumidifiers, an O'dell electronics cleaning unit and other industry equipment, Wayne and his team provide full service, one-stop restoration.

Wayne and several of his staff have the following IICRC qualifications including:

  • Water Damage Restoration (WRT)
  • Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (SRT)
  • Applied Structural Drying (ASD)
  • Applied Microbial Remediation(AMRT)
  • Health & Safety Technician(HST)
  • Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning (UFT)
  • Odor Control (OCT)

They have also successfully completed numerous courses such as WHMIS, Xactimate Estimating, St. John Ambulance First Aid, and a variety of WCB Safety courses. Truro's office is NSCSA certified.
