When you experience this kind of damage, DO:

- Ensure that you and your family are out of harm's way by staying away from the affected areas.

- Contact your insurance company to make a claim.
But DO NOT:
- Attempt cleanup of any kind.
- Touch any items that have been exposed to the contaminants.
- Eat, drink, apply cosmetics or contact lenses in the affected areas.
