Thermal Imaging provides a cost effective alternative to an invasive tear out.

Using specially designed and calibrated infra-red cameras, we can investigate trouble areas without ripping holes in your ceilings, walls and floors. The cameras detect infrared energy (or heat) and converts it into an electronic signal creating a picture with temperature calculations. Because we know that everything in the world with a temperature above absolute zero emits heat, including cold ice, the cameras allow us to see behind ceilings, walls and floors.
